Visiting, or Visitation, is provided to members of the congregation who are not able to come to church or who request a visit. For example, if a member is confined to the hospital and visiting is allowed by the family and the facility, the Pastor or assigned Elder will visit.
Visitation is also provided to elderly, disabled, or otherwise "shut in" members on a periodic basis. Other congregants may request visits by the Pastor or Elders as needed.
Visits may be formal or informal as appropriate. For example, if a member is unable to attend a communion service they may ask the Pastor and assigned Elder to administer the sacrament during a visit. Counseling and intervention may also be addressed in formal visits.
If you would like to schedule a visit with the Pastor or assigned Elder, please call the Secretary during normal business hours or send an email with your request.
